In-Stock E-Bike / E-Scooter orders usually ship within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Arrives in 5-7 business days. 

Orders can be edited/changed per your requirements within 8 hours after it's placed.

Most E-Bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled.  When you receive your bike and are unsure how to assemble it, you can contact the supplier.  

By default, the delivery packages do not require a signature.  If you would like a signature, please contact us via chat or email and we will help add a signature service.  Please note accessory packages are not applicable to signature service.
